
All products undergo a process of strict quality measures before being accepted for re-manufacture.
Once accepted each component is then identified and logged before being stripped down to its component parts and de-greased using environmentally friendly solutions.
Visual and measured inspection is ongoing throughout the re-manufacturing processes.
Any parts failing quality control are replaced with parts manufactured to OE specifications.
Each component is then re-assembled by experienced engineers utilising the latest technology before under-going stringent testing, where each and every product is tested up to and beyond normal operating limits.
Before packing and despatch each component receives an amk identification mark and a final visual inspection.
The product is then packaged in the amk branded image.
